Parity- und Diversity-Kommission

Parity- and Diversity Commission (PDK) is an advisory board invited to comment on all issues with relevance to parity and diversity aspects.

In particular, PDK is responsible for:

• the parity and diversity goals of the department, including the respective implementation measures;
• continuos monitoring of the parity and diversity situation at the department in general, and the controlling of the implementation of the set goals;
• the reporting for the attention of the Department Conference

As members of the Parity and Diversity Commission, the professors, the non-professorinal academic staff and the student are equally represented, by two representatives each – a woman and a man.
