Focus work

Students following the regulations BSc 2017 and MSc 2017 (entering the programme from FS 2017 onwards) must produce focus work.

Focus work is not connected or linked to the content of an elective but is carried out in the respective field of specialization of the different institutes. Themes can be suggested by the students, but they are established by the chairs in consultation with the students. Once the chair has confirmed the supervision, students can register the course in mystudies.

Focus works can be written in cooperation with all professors of the five institutes. However, supervision can be turned down for content-related reasons.

The professor needs to be chosen on registration of the course.
