Performance assessments / recognition
The students are responsible for ensuring that the performance assessments of the mobility stay are recognised for their study degree. This is done by means of official documents, which must be submitted to the mobility coordinator at the D-ARCH.
Students are expected to complete a minimum of 20 credit points. If they do less they risk having to refund a part of the scholarship.
According to the performance control regulations, achievements are credited, as they are shown on official documents issued by partner and host universities. Credit points and grades are converted and adapted to the ETH grading system and the degree programmes.
Recognition:
Bachelor's degree, study regulations 2017
Max. 20 KP in the categories "Architectural design" and "electives". Additional performance assessments can be added to the supplement of the graduation certificate or transferred to the master studies.
Master's degree, study regulations 2017
Max. 20 KP in the categories "Architectural design" and "electives". Additional performance assessments can be added to the supplement of the graduation certificate.
Science in Perspective (SiP) GESS
These credits are obtained additionally. For recognition, students must obtain the agreement of the D-GESS prior to the beginning of the mobility semester.
Language Courses
- Courses for English, French, Italian and Spanish are accredited as SiP up from level B2.
- Courses in other languages are accredited, when they are offered at the partner university or an affiliated institution.
- A maximum of 3 ECTS will be recognized for language courses during the entire course of Studies at ETH Zurich (BA- and MA degree together).
