First Responders Network
In addition to the Head of Care and Conflict Management, the contact persons of the ‘First Responders Network’ are available to assist the relatives and guests of the Department of Architecture. They have basic training in psychosocial support (Ensa course - mental health first aid) and are advised by Alice Keller.
The ‘First Responders Network’ is diverse in terms of role within the department, gender and language skills. It is intended to ensure a low-threshold opportunity to receive help with mental health issues and conflicts. The tasks of the contact persons include initial support, listening and triage. They know about further offers of help and can point them out if necessary. Concerns are treated confidentially.
Are you interested in joining the First Responders Network? We look forward to hearing from you.
