Admission
Admission to the master degree programme requires a bachelor degree in architecture or landscape architecture from a universitary institution (3rd level institution) or a university of applied sciences and thus hold 180 credit points.
Admission restrictions due to capacity constraints and language requirements remain reserved.

Language Requirements
Candidates have to meet necessary language skills required for the master programme and must provide the relevant certificate. The necessary language skill must be acquired before being admitted to a master programme and therefore is a prerequisite for admission. The language of instruction of the Master's degree programme in Landscape Architecture is English.

Portfolio
The portfolio is part of the application for the master's degree programme and must be submitted electronically to the admisison's office (valid as of now) within the scope of your online application. Please do not forward your portfolio on to the department of Architecture.
Motivation Letter
The motivation letter contains detailed, comprehensive reasons for wanting to study landscape architecture at ETH Zurich. The letter must be submitted electronically to the admission's office (valid as of now) within the scope of your online application. Please do not forward your motivation letter to the departement of Architecture.
Course Content Information
Course contents must be submitted electronically to the admission's office as well (valid as of now) within the scope of your online application. Please do not forward your course content on to the department of Architecture.
Any documents submitted to the Department of Architecture (portfolios, motivations letters and course content etc.) will not be evaluated.
